In our regional expansion we are looking for the best Performance Sales Manager to be based in our Buenos Aires Office. You should be results-driven individual who is passionate about developing, maintaining and growing new business & relationships. Proactive, Self motivated and very used to meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and prospects in order to identify, call on, and bring in new business; performance advertisers & advertising agencies.
- Sell Performance campaigns to prospective clients in Argentina, Latam and abroad
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising or Marketing
- 4+ years of hand on experience in online media sales, Branding & Performance
- Knowledge of Campaigns metrics and goals, using Right Media and other exchanges
- Great analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a highly motivated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
Languages: Proficient in English, Portuguese (big plus)
